Craig began his real estate career as an executive at Zytnic Realty, a Pittsburgh-based property management company. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, a Notary Public, and has overseen construction projects exceeding $60mm in total renovations — personally sourcing high-quality materials overseas to keep Ava's at a competitive price advantage on its projects.
Born in Philadelphia and raised in south Texas, Jason holds a Bachelor's in Finance with a minor in International Business from the University of Texas. He is a licensed Associate Broker through the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission and a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, with 15 years tailored to property management, staff development, and asset management across several multi-million-dollar projects.
